The following terms and conditions apply to www.linda-mackey.com, a web site which acts as an online sales site and portfolio for Linda Mackey.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for an illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including without limitation, copyright laws. All such rights under those laws are expressly reserved.
User may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any content contained herein or any portion of the service provided, use of the service, or access to the service, or any contact on the website through which the service provided, without express written permission by Linda Mackey.
By using this site, you agree not to knowingly transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive or invasive nature. Without limiting the scope of remedies, a breach of any of the Terms may result in an immediate termination of your service. 

Modification to the Service and Price
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice unless you have already placed an order and paid for a specific product on the site with a valid credit card. I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service, or any part or content thereof, without notice at any time. I shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. As used herein the term “credit card” also includes “debit card” and all of the provisions set forth herein also apply to such cards.

Personal Order Information
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the site, I obtain certain information from you, including, your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address and phone numbers). I do not store any of your credit card details. When you select Stripe as your payment method, personal information necessary to complete the sale will be transferred to Stripe. Their privacy policies apply and you can read these policies at: https://stripe.com/en-ca/privacy.
I use the order information that I collect to fulfill any orders placed through my site, including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations. I also use this information to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud.

Additionally, when you signup for my email mailing list, I collect your name and email address. When you request a quote for a custom commission piece of artwork, I collect your name, email address, and details of the request, which may include personal information or photographs.

Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases at my store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expirations dates with cvv codes so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I will notify you by contacting the email and /or billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. I reserve the right to limit, refuse or prohibit orders that, in my judgment appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

I do not currently offer the option to pay for artwork in installments. All payments are required in full up front at the time the order is placed.
